Daniel Piotrowski began his career as a Miami-Dade prosecutor before dedicating his practice entirely to defense. That experience means he understands how the State builds a case from the inside — how charging decisions get made, how evidence is assembled, and where those cases tend to be vulnerable. Today he puts that knowledge to work on the other side of the courtroom.

He founded the firm on a simple principle: every client deserves a lawyer who answers the phone, explains the process honestly, and prepares each case as if it is going to trial. He represents clients across the full range of state and federal charges and is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
